Perfectionism kills progress.
For years, I was stuck in the same cycle—waiting for the perfect moment or for the motivation to start something. I’d only commit to bootcamps or challenges if I could go 110% all-in.
But then at times... life would get busy, things would slip, kids would get sick, I’d have a slight setback or injury and I’d stop altogether if I couldn’t maintain that 110%.
When the challenge ended and I didn’t finish perfectly, I’d feel like I’d failed.
I could rarely see the grey progress—the small wins in the middle.
I was the ultimate all-or-nothing girl, always maintaining a baseline of health and fitness but constantly looking for that external motivation to push me to the next level.
But I’ve learnt: the best time to start isn’t when life is calm or when you can give it 110%. It’s when things are messy and realistic. Learning to shift your mindset into making small, consistent changes during the chaos is what leads to lasting transformation and overall progress 💪
That’s exactly what we focus on in my Reset program—not just the practical health advice, but the mindset shifts and sustainable habits that go far beyond the program itself.
We dig into the root causes of your behaviours and symptoms, working on the psychology behind the change. Because it’s not just about hitting a goal; it’s about creating a lifestyle that sticks, no matter how busy life gets.
This mindset shift has been a game-changer for me, and it’s the key to long-term success for you, too.
