We topped off our latest Reset program with a mindset challenge — hiking and camping in the NZ bush.

Some of these incredible women never imagined doing something like this… but they did.

Two clients were 10kgs heavier & didn’t exercise at all when they signed up to work with me.

Physical changes are obvious — but mindset and emotional resilience is what is behind any transformation. This challenge was a reminder; all you need is to start with one step, have a clear intention — take action and the path will unfold. 🥾🏕️

I love how the ladies in my world start as clients and end as friends. Super proud of you all 🥹

What you commonly notice when perimenopause is knocking - changes in menstrual cycles (frequency & length), changes to flow or spotting mid cycle. Increase in PMS symptoms & changes to sleep patterns to name a few.
