Looking for clarity in times of doubt?
Trying to make the right decision but unsure how?
We all struggle with taking action. It can be a debilitating feeling.
To help keep moving forward in the direction of your greatest good, I’d love to share a mindfulness practice with you today.
This is a great way of unlocking calmness, confidence, and inner guidance.
First, give yourself permission to pause long enough and listen deeply with curiosity. There are powerful answers waiting within.
Bring to the forefront of your mind the action that you really want to take.
Then, visualise yourself taking that action, whether it’s going after your dream job, starting a blog, getting up earlier to exercise, learning a new skill or having difficult conversation.
I want you to visualize yourself doing this thing, whatever it may be, with confidence, joy, self-belief, and ease.
Envision every part of you doing this action, fully absorbing the current moment.
You’re productive.
You’re efficient.
You’re skilled.
You’re impactful.
Envision yourself living the story that you want to create —the story that you want to live.
And now respond to how that feels.
Do you feel excited? Enthusiastic? Nervous? Grateful? I want you to embrace that feeling in your heart.
Where are you? What are you feeling in your heart?
What does it feel like to wake up and live your purpose in action?
Those dreams you put into practice, what you’ve been trying to achieve—what does it feel like to finally have achieved everything you’ve been dreaming about?
Continue breathing through your nose and out through your mouth.
When you’re ready in your own time, at your own pace, you can bring back your awareness by opening your eyes.
If this meditation help you today, start doing this everyday. Make a small commitment to 2 or 5mins a day to practice this and eventually you will find so much clarity, calm and focus just by prioritising this these few moments for you!
